What is Downunder Drive Rewards?
Downunder Drive Rewards is our loyalty program, which rewards you based on your visits to Aussie World, Banana Bender Pub, Artisun and Cellarbrations, all located on Downunder Drive, Palmview.
The more times you buy your favourite drinks, food, souvenirs or local Artisun products, the more rewards you’ll receive. How do I earn rewards?
You’ll earn 5 points for every dollar you spend on food, drink, and souvenirs at Aussie World, Banana Bender Pub, Artisun and Cellarbrations. Keep an eye out for other amazing offers, which you’ll receive along the way.
Points cannot be earned through online sales or Aussie World entry passes or promotional products, Also, don’t forget to sign up to our email so you receive all the latest Downunder Drive Rewards news and promotions straight to your inbox.
How do I use my rewards?
As soon as you accumulate 500 points ($5), you can use it to purchase tickets (at the gate, not online), food, drink, and souvenirs at Aussie World, Banana Bender Pub and Artisun by simply telling our friendly staff that you want to use your rewards as a form of payment. Points cannot be redeemed at Cellarbrations or for promotional products.
How do I find out how many reward points I have earned?
You can easily see the number of reward points you’ve earned using the app.
Do my rewards expire?
The reward points you earn will expire after 12 months. Special offers will also run from time to time which will have a limited time for you to participate.
What if I don’t receive my reward?
Your reward points should automatically load to your account with every dollar you spend on food, drink and souvenirs at Aussie World, Banana Bender Pub, Artisun and Cellarbrations. If your reward points do not appear or you are having trouble with your account, please contact us by email [email protected] or phone 07 5494 5444.
I think there is a problem with my points, where can I see my transactions?

Can I refer or register a Downunder Drive Rewards account to someone as a gift?
We would love you to refer Downunder Drive to your family and friends, but we recommend you let them choose to decide if they wish to join Downunder Drive Rewards. That way, they can select and use their own email address and password to sign up.
Why is registration necessary to join the program?
Registration is necessary to join Downunder Drive Rewards because you’ll need an email address to login. This will become your unique user ID for your account.
Should you opt in to receive email notifications, we’ll also let you know when exciting new things are coming up that we think you might like.
What happens to my details when I register an account?
All personal information will be kept secure with us and will not be shared with any third-party data collection agencies or other marketing or advertising programs.
